Prostorové rozmístění škůdců v porostu máku setého v okolí Rozseče
Špička, František
The occurrence of the opium poppy pests was observed in the Bohemian-Moravian highland around the village Rozseč in the years 2012 on two study areas, in the year 2014 on four study areas. There was discovered occurrence of three pests. The occur-rence of poppy root weevil exceeded threshold on all study areas. In the year 2012 one plant had occurrence on an average of 4.32--5.82 larvae. 3.15--5.18 adults on meter of line were registered, maximal amount was nine adults in the year 2014. The infestation intensity of plants was 29--61 %. 1.3--2.56 larvae on one plant were discovered, maxi-mum seven larvae. The root weevil occurred evenly on all area of all study areas. Weevil poppy was discovered on study area with lowest height above sea level (604 m) with west inclination only in the year 2014. Adults were registered on five poppy head. The occurrence of weevil poppy obviously was not disintegrating on all area. The black bean aphid occurred in the middle intensity in the year 2012. 4--11% infestation of plants was discovered after leaving overflight from the winter hosts in the year 2014. 17--41% infestation of plants was discovered before blossom. The irregular dispersion of the black bean aphid on a few lands could have been caused by wind.

Monitoring mimokořenové aplikace hnojiv u vybraných plodin pěstovaných na orné půdě
Širůček, František
The aim of this thesis is to reflect the current situation of using foliar nutrition of field crops and evaluate the consumption data of foliar-aplied nutrients. Monitoring of the use of foliar nutrition was carried out at the turn of the year 2015/2016 in 133 companies with plant production in the region Haná, specifically in districts Prostějov, Vyškov, Kroměříž, Olomouc and Přerov. Five main crops (winter wheat, spring barley, winter rape, corn and sugar beet), which cover approximately 85 % of arable soil in Haná, were the subject of the survey. The obtained data on the used preparations from individual companies were evaluated for individual districts and on the basis of corresponding acreage there was assessed the consumption of elements applied by foliar nutrition in a given area. More than 65 types of foliar-applied fertilizers were used in the monitored region. The most commonly used preparations for foliar nutrition are urea and bitter salt, next many of preparations from the serie Campofort made by AGRA GROUP a.s., which create total 54 % of all used foliar fertilizers in the monitored area. The highest average frequency of foliar nutrition inputs was registred in the rape (2,2) and the lowest in the corn (0,2). The consumption of individual macroelements in the monitored area was largest by nitrogen approx 1,2 kg/ha, next by sulfur 0,53 kg/ha, magnesium 0,36 kg/ha, potassium 0,1 kg/ha and phosphorus 0,06 kg/ha. For microelements, boron dominated in amount of 80 g/ha, next zinc 20 g /ha and manganese 11 g/ha. From the consumption results of foliar-aplied nutritions it is clear that the potential of using foliar fertilizers has not been fully applied yet.
Zhodnocení trendu rozvoje ekologického zemědělství v podmínkách ČR
Kikal, Jan
The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of development and trends in organic farming in the Czech Republic using the results of statistical surveys conducted between 1990 and 2017 at the level of the whole Czech Republic and individual regions. The obtained data on organic agriculture were processed into graphs and regression models of the development of the monitored characteristics were created, which included the area of organic farming, the share of organic farming on the total area of agricultural land, the number and size of organic farms, the area of permanent grassland, arable land, permanent crops and number of farmed livestock under organic farming. Based on the results of the analyses, positive effects are listed as well as weaknesses and reserves in organic farming in the Czech Republic.
